Ann Massey, CEO of Wood’s Environment & Infrastructure Solutions (E&IS) business, was named among Oil and Gas Investor’s 25 Influential Women in Energy in 2018. This honor recognises distinguished leaders who have achieved outstanding success in the industry. More than 500 professionals from upstream, midstream and financial firms celebrated the honorees at a luncheon yesterday in Houston.

As CEO of Wood’s E&IS business, Ann leads a high-performance team concentrated on growing the business by delivering engineering, consulting and project management services to customers around the world. Ann has more than 30 years of experience in project, program, operations and business development in the engineering, construction and environmental markets. She began her career as a geologist in the oil & gas business. Moving into project management, she progressed through key operations and business development leadership roles. During her time at Wood and its predecessor companies, Ann has been critical in the successful execution of multimillion dollar projects, significant market growth and financial success of key corporate divisions.
Ann is a true leader for our organization and within the broader industry. Perhaps her greatest asset is her unique ability to personally relate to and engage different audiences by understanding what is important to them. Wood is fortunate to have Ann leading our E&IS business, and we value her natural ability to motivate and bring diverse people together to achieve success.
