Wood Group PSN extends major North Sea contract with TOTAL

Wood Group PSN (WGPSN) has secured a significant two year North Sea contract
extension with TOTAL E&P UK Ltd (TOTAL). Based on historical turnover, the
award is anticipated to be valued at USD $150 million.

Under the contract, WGPSN will continue to provide engineering, procurement,
construction and commissioning services to TOTAL's Alwyn, Dunbar, Elgin and
Franklin offshore platforms and the St Fergus onshore gas plant.

TOTAL first awarded WGPSN the contract ten years ago. Effective 31 March, 2013,
it supports 200 onshore and 100 offshore jobs in the UK.

David Stewart, UK managing director for WGPSN said: 'This contract renewal is
testament to the quality and standards of the services we provide. It's an
important contract in our UK business and we are proud to continue to work with
TOTAL to deliver a range of technically challenging projects. The award
recognises the ongoing improvements achieved and provides a platform to further
enhance our reputation with a major international company.'

In the UK, WGPSN employs more than 8,000 people working onshore and offshore.
The company has UK offices in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Runcorn and Hull.
