Wood Group acquires The Infinity Group

Wood Group announced on 3^rd December that it had reached agreement to acquire The Infinity Group, a Texas Gulf Coast industrial construction and maintenance contractor serving the petrochemical, refining and gas processing sectors.  Following receipt of relevant anti-trust approvals, Wood Group is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Infinity has now completed.
