The Hardy Drive Streetscape Improvement Project for the City of Tempe, Arizona transformed the area into a ‘complete street’ for all modes of transportation. Offering many pedestrian, bicycle and transit enhancements to the surrounding community such as speed tables, custom bus shelters, landscaping and public art, the project also includes separated bicycle facilities (cycle track), which is the first of its kind in Arizona.

The Luke Air Force Base Aircraft Maintenance Unit #3 Design Build Project completed for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers features a 42,657 square feet combined squad, operations and aircraft maintenance unit to support the Joint Strike Fighter F-35 aircraft. Designed and constructed to LEED Silver U.S. Green Building Council Standards, the facility includes both classified and unclassified areas in the Squadron Operations and Aircraft Maintenance Unit areas.
